Brief Overview

The Bulgarian Karting Federation asked me to rescue an outdated, inconsistent site. I audited the whole stack, refreshed the design, rebuilt broken pages, clarified navigation, and updated content. I cleaned the WordPress backend—removing unused plugins, updating what mattered, and freeing hosting space—so the site is stable and easy to maintain. I fixed member registration, profiles, and application forms, refreshed the blog for straightforward news publishing, and maintain the event system and track locator each season with a clear schedule, calendar, and detailed event pages.
